We want you to love your Ever-Pretty dress, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Return Process

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive your return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn dresses in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the return form is included inside the parcel.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix your return shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest UK post office or designated courier collection point, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
